DIVVYAPP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any other purpose without the prior written consent of DIVVYAPP. You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
The App and all content and materials available through the App are owned by DIVVYAPP and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content or materials from the App without the prior written consent of DIVVYAPP
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DIVVYAPP does not provide any financial advice, and the App is not intended to be used as a substitute for professional financial advice. You acknowledge that any information or data provided by the App is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for making investment decisions
In no event shall DIVVYAPP be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if DIVVYAPP has been advised of the possibility of such damages
You agree to indemnify and hold DIVVYAPP and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
DIVVYAPP is a premium app that requires payment to access certain features and upgrades. All premium upgrades are processed and managed by Apple, and you agree to comply with all Apple terms and conditions related to payment and processing of premium upgrades.
Please note that Divvy - Portfolio offers in-app subscriptions to unlock the complete functionality of the app. Subscription details and pricing can be found within the app.
Your subscription will be charged to your AppStore account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your AppStore Account Settings after purchase.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
DIVVYAPP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
